+ Within 1 minute walk (flat road) from Shinsaibashi Station North Exit 7 elevator. + Convenience store is just around the corner. + Check in was smooth using machine (with multiple languages selection), with front desk "dinosaur" there to add some fun. + Provides locker for luggage storage service at the lobby but it can run out quite fast. Just phone call the staff (using the front desk phone) and they will come and assist with the luggage storage. + Room size is decent but there are lots of unusable space. Able to open a 29" luggage and a 24" luggage with limited walking spaces. Clean. + Equipped with 2 single beds, blackout curtain, 2 mugs, kettle, tissue paper, fridge, a chair, air humidifier, TV, hairdryer, trash bin. Basin, mirror, face/hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste are also in the room itself instead of bathroom. + There is a mirror at the entrance. There is also an opened closet with 4 hangers provided (limited hanging space). + Seating toilet (with washlet function) and bathroom (bathtub PLUS shower area) are separated. Hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash provided in the bathroom. + The rest of the essential toiletries can be obtained at the lobby: body towel, cotton swabs, razor, comb, bathrobes. Also at the lobby: cookies / juice / ice coffee / water / a variety of teabags / alcoholic beverage / calpis etc, availability depends on time. + Like the beds as they are hard and good for back and neck. (The pillows are soft though.) + New towels & face towels will be hang at the door if the "do not disturb" sign is placed at the door. + Wifi is very slow. There are a few electrical outlets (Japanese) and at least 2 USB charging ports. + Breakfast was good. 2 riceballs, 2 small buns for each person, with unlimited miso soup, milk, cereal and beverages etc.

The location is excellent, very convenient with lots of convenient stores and popular shopping arcade within short walking distances. It is also close to a subway station. The room was of decent size and clean. Breakfast was pretty much the same things but there are different varieties of pastries, rice balls, and beverages so I didn’t have to eat the same things during my stay. What I appreciated the most is the staff at the hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wanted to give a shoutout to Ms. Pramudi, one of the staff there. Our family’s flight from Osaka to Tokyo was canceled just 4 hours before departure time. It was very stressful because we had to be in Tokyo to catch the flight back to the US. Ms. Pramudi, upon learning about our situation, lent us a phone to call the airlines, then helped us talk to the airlines in Japanese, waited and checked on us, gave us advice on how to get to the subway station to take the shinkansen back to Tokyo. After we left, she even sent us a message checking if we could make the trip. Her calm and supportive demeanor, as well as her help, made a stressful situation much more tolerable and I couldn’t emphasize my appreciation for her enough. If I come back to Osaka in the future, I’d choose to stay at this hotel again just because of staff like Ms. Pramudi.

The location is extremely convenient. Just 2 minutes away from Shinsaibashi main market street, need to cross a road to reach the most touristy area of Shinsaibashi. Beside the hotel, there is a vintage-looking local cafe that serves good coffee and pancakes. And besides the cafe, there is a famous onigiri store which always has a queue outside it. Besides these foodies places, there is a lift located outside the hotel near the main road which is convenient for those who are looking for a lift while travelling with luggage or wheelchair accessible. Overall, is a very nice hotel with a funny robot concept.

Nice hotel in perfect location, few meters from Shinsaibashi metro station and famous shopping district. Check in is nice with dinosour robots, but immediately require intervention from a staff member to complete (which is unfortunate). Nice to have drinks available during the day in the lobby. Staff always available for needs (e.g. luggage storage after check-out). Room was nice, chosen "big" triple bed (used for 2 people), space is small but everything needed is there for a short stay.

Marco

The room I stayed in was super clean and quite modern, which was nice. The lobby and hallways were kept clean. They had coffee and cookies available in the lobby most of the day and night, which was super convenient & free alcohol from 7 pm for those who fancy a drink. The robotic dinosaurs in the lobby also add a fun-loving vibe to checking in and overall feel of the hotel. Also, it's just a 20/10 for location. It is so close to the train station and the shopping streets.
